Chipotle is located less than two miles from Kennesaw State University, a university with total enrollment over 45,000 (Fall 2023). The 5-mile area surrounding the property boasts excellent demographics with a population of over 188,000 people, over 70,000 households, and an average household income within that same area is over $111,000. Additionally, the population and number of households within a 1-mile radius of the property are both projected for substantial growth of 11.31% and 10.54% respectively, through 2028. Multiple multifamily development projects, including East Park Village, are under construction and contribute to the surrounding population growth.
